A 38-year-old Colorado man was arrested outdoors of Taylor Swift‘s residence in Beverly Hills and charged with suspicion of stalking.

Julius Sandrock of Broomfield, Colorado, was arrested and launched from custody on Tuesday, after being apprehended outdoors Swift’s residence. He informed police he’d pushed from Colorado to go to the singer, who was not residence on the time. He was allegedly in possession of a knife, an empty gun holster, rope, gloves, and ammunition. Sandrock reportedly informed police he’s being handled for melancholy and bipolar dysfunction, and is on probation in Colorado for “disorderly conduct and discharging a firearm.”

Beverly Hills PD obtained a short lived restraining order towards Sandrock that forestalls him from possessing firearms.

Swift’s followers have been understandably upset about this newest incident. On April eight, 23-year-old Justin Lilly was arrested outdoors of Swift’s Beverly Hills residence after attempting to scale a wall.
