The ISIS chief who was behind the brutal execution of a pilot who was burned to loss of life in a cage in 2015 has been captured.

ISIS commander Saddam al-Jamal has gained a popularity for brutality and was tipped to be a future chief of the terrorist organisation.

He and three different ISIS leaders had been captured final week in Iraq, a number of the most senior ones to be detained to this point.

As reported by The Day by day Mail, Jordan’s safety providers imagine al-Jamal is the person liable for the brutal killing of pilot Muath al-Kasasbeh again in 2015
