Thandie Newton dress paid homage to Star Wars history with her dress at the 'Solo: A Star Wars Story' premiere.

Solo: A Star Wars Story actress Thandie Newton walked the pink carpet on the film’s Cannes Movie Pageant premiere Tuesday in what is perhaps the perfect Star Wars couture of all time.

Newton’s gown—a customized Vivienne Westwood piece—is embellished with figures of all of the Black characters within the Star Wars universe, io9 reported. Even higher: All the photographs are of motion figures in Newton’s private assortment.
